Participants are required to complete the application form fully and truthfully. Incomplete or incorrect forms may be rejected by the organizers without notice. The organizers also reserve the right to reject any application, regardless of completeness, without providing reasons for rejection.
Non-Transferability of Bibs:
Registered participants are not permitted to transfer their race bib to another individual. Please note, there will be no prizes awarded to participants in this event.
Force Majeure:
In the event of cancellation due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government mandates, or other uncontrollable factors), the organizers will not reschedule the event and are not liable for any costs incurred by participants.
Liability Disclaimer:
Participation in the event is at the participant's own risk. The organizers are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses sustained by participants, unless caused by deliberate intent or gross negligence on the part of the organizers. This includes serious injuries or death.
Participants must ensure they are in good physical and mental health and have adequately prepared for the event through training and other means. The organizers strongly recommend a medical examination before participation.
Indemnification:
Participants indemnify the organizers against any liability for damages caused to third parties due to their actions during the event. The participant also assumes responsibility for any personal injuries sustained during the event, except where such damages result from gross negligence or intentional acts by the organizer.
Use of Personal Data:
The organizers will collect and store participants' personal data in a secure database. By participating in the event, the participant grants permission for their data to be used for event-related communications and shared with third parties for the same purpose. The participant also agrees to allow the organizers to publish their name, results, or images in various media outlets, including newspapers and online platforms.
Race Officials' Authority:
The Race Director and Race Marshals are authorized to enforce the event regulations. They have the right to disqualify any participant found littering, misbehaving with residents, staff, volunteers, or other authorities, or failing to adhere to the event rules.
Race Category Compliance:
Participants must remain within the race category they have registered for. If a participant is found running a different category or route, they will be disqualified.

I fully understand the inherent risks and responsibilities associated with participating in the ADR Shantigram Night Ultra 2025. I agree to participate in the event entirely at my own risk and assume full responsibility for any potential injury, loss, or harm.
Physical Fitness and Health:
I acknowledge that this event is physically demanding and requires a certain level of fitness. It is my sole responsibility to assess my own health and fitness level before deciding to participate. I confirm that I am in excellent physical condition to take part in the event.
Course and Traffic Risks:
I am aware that the event takes place on a course that may involve running on public roads with vehicular traffic. I understand the associated risks and will take all necessary precautions.
Medical Information Validity:
The medical information provided by me is up-to-date, and I confirm that I am absolutely fit to participate in this event.
Accuracy of Registration Information:
I affirm that all information I have provided in the registration form is truthful and accurate.
Right to Reject or Disqualify:
I understand that the event organizers reserve the right to reject my application or disqualify me from participating, either before or during the event, for any reason they deem appropriate, including health concerns.
Authorization for Medical Care:
In the event that I fall ill, sustain an injury, or require medical attention during the event, I hereby irrevocably authorize the event officials, organizers, and their designated medical staff or volunteers to administer first aid, emergency care, or transport me to a medical facility for further treatment, at their discretion, and at my own risk and cost. I assume full responsibility for any treatment administered and agree to cover all associated medical expenses.
Waiver of Liability:
I, along with my legal representatives, waive all claims of any kind against the event organizers, officials, sponsors, contractors, volunteers, and any other entities or persons associated with the event, arising from my participation in the event, including but not limited to claims for illness, injury, death, or any other incident.
Compliance with Race Official's Decisions:
I agree to comply with all decisions made by race officials concerning any aspect of my participation in the event, including their authority to deny or suspend my participation at their discretion.
COVID-19 Disclaimer:
The event organizers will implement all necessary precautions to comply with COVID-19 protocols in line with government guidelines. However, I understand that the organizers are not responsible if I contract COVID-19 due to negligence by other participants or myself.
Assumption of Risk:
I fully assume all risks associated with participating in the event, including, but not limited to, exposure to COVID-19, accidents, falls, interactions with other participants or pedestrians, weather-related conditions (e.g., heat and humidity), traffic, and varying conditions of the road or trail, whether known or unknown.
By participating in this event, I acknowledge and accept all the risks, responsibilities, and conditions outlined above.

ADR Shantigram Night Ultra 6.0 2024 – A Night Running Festival

Amdavad Distance Runners (ADR) is driven by the mission to "Run Long…Live Strong," encapsulating the true essence of distance running. With a focus on mental and physical well-being, ADR aims to introduce more people to the health benefits of running. As part of this mission, ADR is hosting an exciting Night Ultra event in the serene and picturesque Adani Shantigram township in Ahmedabad.

We invite runners of all backgrounds to join us and experience the joy of running while bonding with fellow enthusiasts in an event that is truly "By the runners, For the runners."

Event Objectives
• Promote Running as a Fitness Activity: Encouraging more people to embrace running and benefit from its physical and mental health advantages.
• Support the Fit India Movement: In alignment with the initiative by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, this event encourages people from all walks of life to participate and lead a fit lifestyle.

To qualify for a Finisher Certificate, the following minimum distances must be covered:

Which Category Should You Choose?
Remember, this event is not a race, and there are no podium placements. We will provide timing chips to track your distance.
• 4-Hour Run: This category is ideal for those who have previously completed a Half Marathon (HM) or are training for one. If you are preparing for a Full Marathon (FM), you can use this event as a dry run.
• 6-Hour Run: Perfect for experienced Half Marathoners and beginners preparing for a Full Marathon. If you are already comfortable with a HM distance, this is a great opportunity to go further and challenge yourself closer to 42 km. Full Marathoners can aim for an Ultra distance in a relaxed and supportive environment.
• 12-Hour Run: This is the flagship category for serious Ultra Runners. It's perfect for experienced Full Marathoners training for an Ultra event and for those looking to add a serious Ultra run to their experience. If you're targeting an Ultra Marathon, this category is designed to offer the right environment and support.

Event Details
• Date: Saturday, March 22, 2025
• Reporting Time: 7:00 PM (4:00 PM for outstation participants collecting BIB on the event day)
• Venue: Belvedere Club Lawn, Adani Shantigram, Near Vaishnodevi Circle, S.G. Highway, Ahmedabad - 382421
• Event Timing: 8:00 PM, March 22nd to 8:00 AM, March 23rd, 2025
• Flag Off Time: 8:00 PM (Exact flag off times for different categories will be shared with participants prior to the event)

Run Route
The event will take place on a looped course of approximately 4 km, starting from the Belvedere Club Lawns within the Shantigram township. The route is on a wide, well-lit road, lined with lush greenery. Detailed route information will be shared with participants during the final race briefing.

Event Facilities
• Hydration Stations: There will be multiple hydration stations along the route, with a maximum distance of 2 km between each. Stations will be stocked with water, electrolytes, bananas, oranges, salt, pain relief sprays, and solid foods like chikki and dates after the four-hour mark. Participants are encouraged to carry their own bottles. Reusable cups will be provided at the stations.
• Toilets: Toilets are available at the start/finish area, and portable toilets will be set up along the route. Exact locations will be shared during the race briefing.
• Medical Support: For 12-hour categories, vital signs will be monitored by a team of volunteers under the supervision of a Medical Director. If any abnormalities are detected, the Medical Director reserves the right to stop a participant from continuing. Physiotherapists will be available on-site to assist participants during and after the race.
• Food: There will be a dedicated food area where participants can replenish and refuel before resuming their run.
• Photographers: Professional photographers will be stationed along the route to capture your moments of effort. Be ready to strike a smile (or a determined face) as you race through the night!
